A. Depending on the size of the file, the connection between ioGAS and Leapfrog Geo may be timing out. This results in data not being transmitted across the link and the following error message to appear: “Cannot open, no data”. To increase the timeout period, change the number in the timeout field of the link.ini file to a higher value (in milliseconds). The link.ini file is located in the C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ioGAS\userConfig folder (Windows users). Mac users can find the link.ini by right-clicking on the ioGAS application in Finder and selecting Show Package Contents. The link.ini file is located in the Contents\Resources\app\userConfig folder. Save and restart ioGAS for the changes to take effect.
