When I start ioGAS an error message appears stating that the Machine key and Licence keys do not match.

A. Every computer has a unique Machine ID.  An ioGAS single-seat licence is locked to this Machine ID which means that the software can only be run on this computer.  The error message indicates that the Machine ID in the licence file does not match the computer Machine ID on which the software is installed.
